Hello, and welcome. I am Andrew, and the author of most of what you will see here.
I am various things, but I am mainly an academic, a composer, and a musician, who also has thorough interests in photography, poetry, writing, and various other cultural and technical pursuits.
In an academic sense, I am mainly interested in the meeting points between digital humanities, archives, cultural theory, history, and music. I would class myself, albeit a little uncomfortably, as a non-disciplinary digital humanist.
As a musician, for the most part, I compose; I also conduct. Less consistently, I am a ‘cellist, singer, and organist. For a more complete introduction to such things, visit my website.
